Manchester United have announced their academy intake for the 2018/19 season as 11 players have been brought into the under-18s set up.

Mason Greenwood and Jacob Carney are both included in the announcement despite being involved at this age group last season, but a number of new signings have been confirmed, too.

Ondrej Mastny played for Man United at Super Cup NI last year with the under-15s side, on trial. The Czech Republic U16 goalkeeper will likely be understudy over the next season.

Two midfielders have been brought in. Charlie McCann has arrived from Coventry City, as reported some months ago. Harvey Neville has signed after a few years at Spanish side Valencia CF. Son of former-Red Phil Neville, Harvey played for United’s youth ranks at a far younger age previously.
